ARIA Advanced Contracting is a Dubai-based building contractor. We take a project from the first site visit to the signed handover: planning, approvals, execution and close-out under one accountable team.
The company was established in 2024 as DNS ARIA Technical Services and grew from maintenance and renovation into full contracting. Today ARIA Advanced Contracting L.L.C is registered with Dubai Municipality and delivers residential, commercial and office projects across the UAE.
