A fit-out is a hundred small decisions

Ceilings, partitions, lighting, AC, data, joinery, glass, flooring. Each one depends on the others. We coordinate them on one programme, so the ceiling does not get closed before the AC is tested and the joinery is not built before the power points are fixed.
