HVAC is engineering, not appliance fitting

Duct sizes, airflow balancing, refrigerant pipe insulation and condensate drainage are all calculated, not guessed. When a ceiling is closed over a badly installed unit, the problems follow: rooms that never cool, condensation dripping through the gypsum, mould inside the ducts and noise at night.

Our AC specialists install and modify systems as part of the full MEP package, coordinated with the ceiling, the lighting and the plumbing so everything fits and stays serviceable.

Why is my AC dripping through the ceiling?

Usually the condensate line has no proper fall, is blocked, or the pipes are poorly insulated. We correct the drainage and insulation, and add access panels for service.

Can you move AC units or ducts for a new layout?

Yes. We modify ducting, diffusers and units to suit new layouts, coordinated with the ceiling and lighting.

Do you commission and balance the system?

Yes. Refrigerant lines are pressure and leak tested, airflow is balanced, and commissioning is recorded.
